Shipping Policy

EMILIANA SERBATOI SOUTH AFRICA WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY

TRANSPORTATION OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED

Our products need to be paid in full before collection or delivery takes place. The product should be collected from our warehouse at : 11 Voyager Street, Linbro Park, Johannesburg 2065.

We can arrange delivery on request, which is for the buyers’ account. Installation is excluded from the purchase price of products.

WARRANTY

The goods are sold with a warranty for manufacturing defects on the metal structure of the container or other product for a period of six (6) months from the date of deliver/collection. On electronic or electrical parts , including electric motors , meters , automatic nozzles and hoses , warranty for manufacturing defects is always 3 (three) months from the date of delivery/collection . The warranty is limited to repair, or replace, free of charge, the defective piece only when such defect. Under no circumstances Emiliana Serbatoi South Africa shall recognize claims for labour charges or related consequential parts or damages. All our parts are imported from Emiliana Serbatoi Italy; the timing for which to receive the parts in South Africa needs to be considered at the time of claiming.

Emiliana Serbatoi South Africa accepts no responsibility or liability towards the client and to any third party for facts and events that may occur due to the misuse and/or maintenance of the product, as well as for the use of unsuitable equipment, for tampering and damages which are consequences of failed operation and any other cause not attributable to Emiliana Serbatoi South Africa.

CLAIMS

Complaints of any nature will not suspend the obligation to make the payments agreed. No compensation for direct and indirect damages and expenses of any kind will be granted by

Transport on goods returned or under warranty is for the buyer’s account.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods Damaged on lost during the returns process. Please do not send the item back without making prior arrangements with Emiliana Serbatoi South Africa.
